N438TH has arrived and is now also known as Skyventures (AVL) 226, a 2020 Cessna 172S with all the latest gadgets you can possibly think of: GFC700 Autopilot and Flight Director, ESP, which stands for Electronic Stability Protection, ADS-B, NXi, an angle of attack indicator, Flightstream, which makes your i-Pad talk directly to your GPS. Plan on Foreflight and send it to your instrument panel. The electric engine block heater can be plugged in, so that a cold morning start will be like a regular start, since the oil we be warmed up already. The leather seats are the source of that "there must be something new about this plane" smell. The list can go on for a while.
